Sunday Dec 14 The Third Sunday of Advent
11am – Worship celebration
Noon – Fellowship brunch and “greening of the Church” – we’ll decorate the place so it looks like Christmas. All are invited to this fun time of food and celebration.
Monday Dec 15
1-2pm Bag Lunches available for hungry people in the church
Wednesday Dec 17
6-7pm – Community Dinner (no cost hot meal open to everyone). Volunteers needed from 3-7:15pm.
7:30-8:30pm – Blue Christmas Service. Let’s be honest – the holiday season can be joyous and meaningful, but it can also be emotional painful. This one hour worship service provides space for our sadness and healing, without all the fa-la-la-la-la.
Thursday Dec 18
3-5pm – Food Pantry (no cost groceries available to all who are in need of food). Volunteers needed from 2-5:15pm.
Sunday Dec 21 The Fourth Sunday of Advent
11am – Special Christmas musical celebration with our Christmas choir. If you’re not in town for Christmas Eve, or if you just want to sing your favorite carols with your neighborhood friends, this is the place to be. Following worship, we’ll enjoy some lovely Christmas eats along with hot cocoa.

1-2pm Bag Lunches available for hungry people in the church
Wednesday Dec 24 Christmas Eve
3-7pm Volunteer at the Soup Kitchen. Before you attend a Christmas Eve Service, do some Christmas Eve service! Lots of our neighbors can use some extra holiday cheer. Help serve a wonderful holiday meal at the soup kitchen.
6-7pm – Community Dinner (no cost hot meal open to everyone).
7:30-8:30pm Christmas Eve Candlelight Service.
Sing the songs, listen to the story, experience the mystery of Christmas. Special music provided by a brass quartet. Of course, there’ll be plenty of good food and friendship following the service.

7pm – Volunteer Party – any and all soup kitchen or food pantry volunteers are invited to this party on Epiphany at the manse. If possible, please bring a dish to share.
