Jennifer Trontz began working at Greenpoint Reformed Church in 2015.
She has lived in the neighborhood since 2010 with her husband and two kids. She also writes popular culture and design books, including Home Economics: Vintage Advice and Practical Science for the 21st Century Household and The Look of Love: The Art of the Romance Novel.
She lived in Tampa, Florida until she was 14 and then moved to rural South Georgia where she was called a Yankee. She has a BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia. She lived in Florida for ten years before moving to New York in 2004. Now she really is a Yankee.
